The auditorium was completely silent as we listened to Amanda tell her story. Kidnapped at age 15, she spent two years chained to a bed, a victim of abuse, sexual slavery, forced prostitution, and drug abuse before she escaped. Now she advocates for others who are victims. Her vulnerability, strength, tenacity, honesty, and ferocious courage shone beautifully. Thanks for sharing your story Amanda.
